I am so sorry to be so late and also for not calling you directly. I've been moved around a good deal, and am settled now.
I did purchase a home in the Del Webb Anthem community in Florence for an amazing discount, appliances, landscaping,
and no closing costs, plus occupancy November 15th or 22nd. My two choices with you were unrealistic for me, I think.
I truly appreciated the extent to which you worked with me and showed me the enormous expanse of land and communities
in and around Tucson. I really do prefer Tucson over the Phoenix area, but the prices were just not down as much.
The Tucson area down with you is a sight to behold. Stu, thank you so much. You do a good job! You really do . . .
