I was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota where from a young
age hard work and honesty were the cornerstones of my upbringing. I grew up
hunting, fishing, and enjoying the wide open spaces that South Dakota
offers. I was very active in high school athletics where I excelled in
football and wrestling. I was a six time state place winner and eventually
became the 2001 state wrestling champion and South Dakota wrestler of the
year.
After high school I went to Dakota State University and played football for
one year. In 2002 I transferred to Southeast Technical Institute and studied
business where I met my future wife.
In 2004 we decided to move to Tucson for better career opportunities and, of
course, the weather is a plus compared to the South Dakota climate. I
immediately started my career attending Hogan School of Real Estate were I
received my Real Estate license in early 2005. My favorite part about being
in real estate is interacting with clients, whether listing their home or
helping find the home of their dreams. I am very personable and easy to talk
to. In 2010 I achieved my greatest career accomplishment so far, by making
the top 50 producing realtors in Tucson, Arizona. In 2010 I achieved my
greatest personal accomplishment by welcoming a baby girl into our family in
October.
I am still an avid outdoorsman and love the weather here, as it enables me
to be outside almost every day of the year. I love to spend time with my
family, hike, hunt, fish, work on cars, and watch sports. I also enjoy
playing softball and flag football.
I practice almost every aspect of real estate, but at this point given the
current market, I specialize in foreclosures and short sales. I would love
the opportunity to represent you by either listing your home or helping you
find the home of your dreams.
